Key Responsibilities

Drive Continuous Improvement methods to achieve breakthrough improvements in supplier performance metrics. Understand data trends and drive quantified results by designing and deploying analytical systems and processes.

Drive optimization of the Value Stream from a wholistic view by eliminating waste and making flow improvements across / within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and/ or service product operations.

Performs evaluation of internal process controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation.

Lead or facilitate Kaizen Events and LSS Black Belt level projects within and across operations and divisions to optimize performance.

Coach and oversee successful completion of major process improvement projects using LSS methodology.

Experience: 7 - 10 Years Required3+ years CI experience and demonstrated application of lean sigma methodologies; experience in coaching/training personnel on process changes; leadership experience in operations

U.S. Salary Range:

$96,000.00 - $132,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
