Technical Coordinator

All Lines Technology has an immediate opening for a Technical Coordinator in Harrisburg! This individual will work with the project management and hardware deployment teams to coordinate the layout and design of an HP printer rollout for various locations. 
Duties & Skills Include:

• Project manage the hardware life cycle across the company to ensure proper hardware is installed and replaced within a timely manner to reduce company-wide costs. 
• Taking care of all requests for printers
• Matching up printer sizes
• Complete paperwork for new printers
• Create Access database of all printers. 
• Some travel (driving distance) to survey printer layout at facilities 
• Work with HP team on design recommendations.
• Use of ticketing system
• Strong Excel Spreadsheet skills
• Replacement and installation of printers at our client’s medical sites. 
• Create floor plan designs for our client’s sites to ensure proper placement of hardware. 
• Track site progress and team communications through Microsoft Teams and SmartSheets. 
• Utilize SharePoint for design storage and workflow management.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in office or coordinator role 
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Prior Printer Deployment experience a plus but not necessary
