Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in developing and delivering technical training or labs.
- Experience writing in Markdown, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), and Yet Another Markup Language (YAML).
- Experience scripting or coding in one of the following languages such as SQL, Javascript, Python, Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP), Go, or Ruby.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in technical training content development.
- 2 years of experience creating or maintaining content in the Qwiklabs platform.
- 2 years of experience meeting Service-Level Agreement (SLA) for maintenance of production content.
- 2 years of experience with continuous collaboration with global support and development contractors.
- Ability to collaborate with technical subject matter experts and managers.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
About the job
In this role, you will build new self-paced labs for cloud practitioners of all levels. You will update, review existing labs to meet rapidly evolving best practices, debug and return labs to service when changes occur in the software and services.
Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$187,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Be accountable for meeting Service Level Objectives(SLO) and customer rating measurement scores in addressing technical and non-technical content issues.
- Manage roadmap of Google Cloud technologies as new products, capabilities, and services are announced and made available.
- Collaborate with a wide range of technical subject-matter experts and others to build and maintain labs.
- Manage a task portfolio of active projects as needed.
- Be accountable for building a continual flow of new engaging labs to meet our subscribers and learners demand for self-paced training.
