Job Description:This role will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality data insights to support the land group. This role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI and other Power Platform tools. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for land operations, including designing visuals, metrics, and analytics to monitor land-related business performance and identify areas for improvement. • Support the connection of third-party APIs (e.g., land systems such as On Demand Land, ThoughtTrace, Palantir, Monday.com, Onbase) to a centralized data system. • Gather and document user requirements and translate business needs into application designs. • Establish a robust Power Platform environment strategy for land data and reporting. • Lead day-to-day maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting of Power Platform applications, resolving or escalating issues as needed. • Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. • Enhance business processes through the development of Power Apps. Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience working with land data, land systems, or related technical roles • 3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) • Advance knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX and visualization best practices • Familiarity with land technology platforms such as On Demand Land, ThoughtTrace, SAP or similar • Experience connecting and managing data from multiple land systems and sources to ensure accurate, reliable reporting • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions Role Details: Location: Houston, TX Pay: $53/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hour week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $53.00 per hour Work Location: In person
