Duration : 6 months (contract)
Location: Beaverton OR
Onsite : PST time zone
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field;
- 8-10 years relevant experience; 4 years in a management role
- Cloud Implementation experience with cross-functional insights gained through project/program participation - Workday Experience strongly preferred.
- An understanding and practical application of standard release process(s), agile methodologies, and technical capabilities (including agile - lean, continuous delivery, SAFE, ITIL)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with experience communicating to a wide range of stakeholders including functional management, senior program leadership, and technical teams.
- Experience as a leader on high-performing, cross-functional teams with a demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working closely with leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver key strategic initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others, negotiate during situational conflict, and establish the best forward path in the face of competing points of view.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented matrixed environment.
- Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of strategies to ensure successful coordination and planning of Tech Deployment actives from the first Mock Conversion to the end of Hypercare.
- Help drive and coordinate the Tech Cutover plan that ensures proper systems, interface, Security, and batch ramp downs across of the impacted systems landscapes aligns with the Business freezes and ramp down activities in preparation for Cutover.
- Play a key role in all Mock Conversions, Dress Rehearsal and Cutover Plan executions in close collaboration with the Data Conversion teams across all in scope systems.
- Support the creation of all Tech ramp up plans to capture the complete coordinated startup process in alignment with Business Ramp Up after Go-live.
- Collaborate and coordinate with Geography and Territory Tech teams to help ensure all local Tech solutions are properly included in planning and execution activities.
- Participate in leading when Deployment executes Mock Conversions, Dress Rehearsal and Cutover, being the Deployment voice in the room in person or virtually the teams will listen to and collaborate with.
- Be a strong advocated for the Deployment Team and be the voice of technology when working with cross-functional product teams
- Work closely with our SI partner Deloitte on all Tech deliverables impacting Deployment.
