What You'll Do
The Technical Director will lead a team of developers responsible for software development activities throughout the product development lifecycle as well as managing the day-to-day activities of the development team. You will work with internal project managers, digital product managers, designers, and other developers to develop web-based solutions.

Salary range: $ 150,000 - 200,000

What You'll Do
The Technical Director will lead a team of developers responsible for software development activities throughout the product development lifecycle as well as managing the day-to-day activities of the development team. You will work with internal project managers, digital product managers, designers, and other developers to develop web-based solutions.
- Lead the web platform technology development team with a focus on performance, availability, reliability, quality, and delivery.
- Work with architects, developers, and other engineering teams to ensure the technical architecture, strategies, and solutions align with business objectives and vision.
- Guide, develop, and implement DevOps to ensure optimum development and operations.
- Identify and pursue improvements in engineering and organizational process, gathering and using data to support and guide continuous growth in product excellence and engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with Brand, Digital Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Management to ensure the development team meets software release schedules, goals, and objectives with high quality.
- Lead software development, designing and deploying large-scale data web applications.
- Build a first-class Engineering team that will scale as the company and business grows, identifying and filling any organizational gaps.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Bring It!
- 12+ years of professional experience as a software development professional
- At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership
- Extensive website development experience and knowledge of website management tools as well as legacy applications
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Working knowledge of modern Front End development languages and frameworks such and work with Front-end engineers and architects to develop digital experiences.
- Experience with performance analysis and code optimization
- Experience communicating with artists, designers, and other engineers.
- Experience with technical design
