Technical Director

What You'll Be Doing

Direct and develop new technology capability; identify and mitigate risks to profitability goals for the Business Unit's portfolios; oversee technical team members to achieve profit goals through workforce planning and project assignments; develop technical solutions and advise clients by collaborating on technical strategy, tactics, and operations; and aid executives to make decisions related to technical approaches that enhance AIS' services.

Location and Travel Details

Columbia, MD and Allow telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S.

Profile of Success

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related and five (5) years of progressive experience in managing and leading cloud-based DevOps solutions projects.

Must possess experience with implementing application development projects on MS platform and utilizing MS Azure, Power-BI, .NET Framework, PowerShell, SQL Managed Instance, and Service Management Automation; leading supporting team to achieve project deliverables; managing client relationship; and evaluating the design and development needs of the clients. Must have strong communication, management, and multitask skills.
