Technical Enablement Lead
Job Description
We are looking for a leading airline revenue management expert that loves sharing their knowledge about FLYR’s product capabilities and best practices for use with airline teams across the globe as they step into this new machine learning-driven paradigm. This is an opportunity to create and develop knowledge-sharing frameworks that are used both inside and outside of FLYR.

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)- Strategize, implement, and maintain training program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives and product development initiatives
- Create and deliver training sessions to airlines around the world with minimal support from product subject matter experts
- Work closely with product owners and delivery managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for training delivery
- Ensure training materials are consistently updated with content based on airline feedback and product development
- Develop and support new hire trainers and instructional designers
- 5+ years experience in airline revenue management, preferably in a training or program management role
- Extensive experience with customer-facing presentations and/or training
- Strong communicator with experience collaborating across multiple teams and external partners
- Experience with developing, maintaining, and delivering effective training materials
- Have a desire to reinvent the entire airline industry through AI and dynamic pricing
- Excited about data analytics, data visualization, and passionate about building amazing products
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
