Cato Networks is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Enablement Lead, EMEA to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our technical pre-sales teams are equipped with the information they need to succeed. This will include developing and delivering technical content that enables our teams to effectively sell and deliver our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical enablement content such as presentations, videos, demos, whitepapers, and other materials to support our sales teams.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical content accurately reflects the latest features and capabilities of our products and services.
- Conduct regular training sessions to onboard new technical sales personnel and ensure ongoing education and proficiency in our technology.
- Participate in sales and technical meetings, presentations, and events to deliver technical enablement content and help to drive successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with other members of the Enablement team to develop and maintain a comprehensive enablement program that includes both sales and technical content.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of technical enablement content and adjust as necessary to meet the changing needs of the organization.
- Identify technical gaps and opportunities to help facilitate the sales motion.
- Become established as a trusted advisor within the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical enablement or similar role.
- Strong technical background in networking, security, or cloud technologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with learning management systems, sales enablement platforms, and content authoring tools is a plus.
