This role sits at the intersection of technology, sales effectiveness, and learning strategy, focused on enabling high-performing technical go-to-market teams in a fast-evolving enterprise software environment. You will design and deliver programs that equip Solution Architects, Sales Engineers, and technical sellers with the knowledge and tools to effectively position and differentiate complex solutions. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Sales leadership, you will translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and scalable enablement programs. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends instructional design, technical depth, and sales methodology. You will also play a key role in ensuring readiness for product launches, strengthening pre-sales execution, and improving overall sales effectiveness. Your work will directly influence pipeline performance, customer engagement quality, and field productivity across the organization.

Accountabilities

Lead and evolve technical enablement programs that strengthen sales readiness, solution positioning, and technical selling effectiveness across go-to-market teams:

  • Design and deliver technical training covering architecture, integrations, product differentiation, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into customer-facing value propositions in partnership with Product Management and Engineering.
  • Own technical readiness for product and feature launches, ensuring field teams are prepared on roadmap updates, integrations, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain enablement assets such as FAQs, demo environments, talk tracks, and success stories.
  • Develop and deliver pre-sales enablement programs focused on discovery, POCs, solution design, and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Leverage enablement platforms and analytics tools to distribute content and measure program effectiveness.
  • Act as a key liaison between field teams and corporate stakeholders to ensure continuous feedback and program improvement.
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings strong experience in technical sales enablement or pre-sales environments, with the ability to simplify complex technologies and drive measurable sales impact:

    • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, ideally within technical or solution-selling environments.
    • Background in networking, DDI, infrastructure, or other complex technical domains.
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and solution-based selling methodologies.
    • Experience working with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, or technical field teams.
    • Familiarity with CRM and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, or Gong.
    • Strong instructional design, facilitation, and storytelling capabilities.
    • Excellent project management skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
