Job Description
As a Technical Engineer, you will engage in performing routine technology tasks with increasing independence. You will play a vital role in executing various technology processes and projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of your team. This role builds upon your foundational skills, allowing you to undertake more complex responsibilities and support team productivity.
Responsibilities

• Perform IT troubleshooting and resolve more complex issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Execute routine system maintenance, updates, and backups.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, providing insights for improvements.
• Support network configuration and maintenance.
• Assist with data analysis and report generation.
• Conduct intermediate testing of software applications.
• Maintain and update IT documentation.
• Provide Level 1 support for helpdesk inquiries.
• Assist with user training and onboarding for new technologies.

Requirements

• IT Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve a broader range of technical issues.
• Hardware and Software Maintenance: Proficient in maintaining IT systems.
• System Monitoring: Skills in monitoring and analyzing system performance.
• Network Configuration: Understanding of network setup and troubleshooting.
• Data Analysis: Basic skills in analyzing data and generating reports.
• Documentation: Ability to maintain and update detailed IT documentation.
• User Support: Skills in providing first-level user support and training.
• Project Participation: Ability to assist in various technology projects.
• Language requirements: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; confident with Dutch is a strong plus for this particular role
