Technical Enterprise Consultant

Job Purpose:  

As a Solutions Engineer at DART (Digital and AI responsible transformation), you will play a crucial role in implementing and operationalizing AI solutions across various teams. Your primary responsibilities include guiding teams on the application of recommended solutions, conducting final reviews to ensure operational readiness, and maintaining technical artifacts and diagrams. You will also stay informed about advancements in the solutions space, identifying opportunities and escalating them to the Architect for further evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teams in applying recommended AI solutions to their specific use cases.

• Conduct final reviews and operationalize AI solutions to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

• Create and maintain technical artifacts and diagrams to document implemented solutions.

• Stay updated with developments in AI technologies, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Escalate identified gaps or opportunities ("white space") to the Architect for evaluation and action.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical application.

• Experience in technical solution design and implementation.

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation (diagrams, workflows, etc.).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role involving AI or digital transformation projects.
