Technical Executive Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely and effectively with the Director of Engineering and VP of Product to keep them well-informed of the upcoming events, commitments, responsibilities and following-up appropriately
• Help the Director of Engineering and VP of Product in headhunting for technical talents, and coordinate with both the interviewers and the candidate throughout the hiring funnel
• POC between the engineering team and other internal or external colleagues.
• Liaise with the auxiliary team and the leads of the engineering department for administrative concerns, such as budget requests, regularizations, case management, etc.
• Attend necessary events, seminars, forums etc related to the client and/or company
• Other task that may be directed and assigned by the direct supervisor and/or employer

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of either AB Mass Communications or AB Psychology
• Background or experience in recruitment a BIG PLUS
• Strong communication skills with high English proficiency skills (both verbal and written) Excellent time management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Can multitask and re-prioritize tasks as needed
• Attention to detail
• Professional discretion as you will have access to highly sensitive information
• Davao Resident or willing to relocate to Davao
