Technical Implementation Manager
Job Description
The Consultant serves as a main contact for our customers during the onboarding experience. This position works directly with customers and internal Account Managers to ensure efficient data transfers and successful integrations. The Consultant coordinates client implementation functions for all data related process, which includes multiple internal AMN teams. The role crafts and delivers standard process training programs and tools to educate internal and external users on VMS solutions, including ShiftWise, FieldGlass, and Medefis. The Consultant leads a variety of Software training initiatives ranging from the development and maintenance of user guides, the assessment, delivery and evaluation of product training, to the identification and design of sophisticated certification programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Identifies, analyzes, interprets, and presents trends relevant to the client's business and objectives.
- Participates in solution design meetings with MSP Implementation team to achieve agreed client specifications and contract terms for delivery.
- Clearly communicates the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Works with any external vendors related to execute implementation goals and timelines.
- Supervises project deliverables, progress of implementation, project issues, and change management.
- Provides timely communication for implementation status, escalation issues, assists with investigation, and troubleshooting with internal and external customers.
- Leverages process development techniques to guide client to a more efficient operational approach to the workflows for scheduling and staffing.
- Drives the implementation of Insight Workforce Planning dashboard and influences clients at key decision points for successful outcomes.
- Designs and delivers product and service demonstrations customized to client situation, audience need, and competitive landscape.
- Develops the highest level Subject Matter Expertise associated with industry trends, Avantas, and competitor products and services.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree | Preferred
Minimum Work Experience
- 5 years with direct and proven management of large scale, cross-functional implementations.
- 3 years with working with virtual teams.
Key Skills
- Validated analytical skills, root cause analysis and solution.
- Expert level in Excel and familiarity with various business intelligence tools like Tableau, Birst, SQL, etc.
- Healthcare systems experience (Operations or Finance).

Pay Rate
$68,500 - $85,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
