We are seeking to hire a team of results-oriented Technical Implementation Managers (TIMs) to join our management consulting workforce. The successful team members will initially support one of our financial services clients, where Leading Path was awarded a multi-year competitive contract. The effort is to assist the client with upgrading the B2B interfaces used to disseminate credit card transaction information to government and commercial clients. The team member will work on a small project team to upgrade the commercial card services platform and B2B interfaces to multiple commercial clients' systems. The successful candidate should be open to new challenges, with this and other Leading Path clients.

The project will be Agile based leveraging the latest methodology tools and processes, including Jira, Confluence, and Slack.

The position is target for a full-time employee however, 1099 candidates will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Work with financial service clients to identify changes between current and future state data interface (TSYS and other platforms) files.
• Identify and understand transition activities needed by the financial service clients to accommodate the future state data interface files.
• Report and track on the status of client's readiness for file upgrades.
• Escalate and assist with remediation of clients who fall behind schedule.

Requirements

Preferred Experiences:

• Knowledge of B2B file delivery processes.
• VISA/Master credit card processing experience ideally with TSYS or First Data and commercial credit card products.
• Migration or modification experience with credit card industry standard files and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SFTP/FTPS and encryption protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues related to transmission and data contents.
• 3 to 7 years of IT experience in industry or consulting.
• Strong technical and communications skills.
• Comfortable with Agile tools and methodology such as Slack, Jira, etc.
• Bachelors' or Masters' Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another related field. Equivalent work experience considered.
• Project is in McLean, VA.
• US Citizenship required.

• Must be detail oriented with strong organization skill with the ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple project work streams.

• Ability to solve problems at a tactical and functional level, have excellent oral and written communication skills, a solid work ethic and unquestioned integrity.
• Able to build and nurture internal networks, be flexible and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Self-motivating, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be resourceful and take initiative.
