The Technical Implementation Specialist will use the Decisions no-code automation platform to mine processes, write applications, and build automation to fix customer experiences, modernize legacy applications, ensure regulatory compliance, and automate anything and everything in their business. Throughout the project lifecycle, they will communicate progress, discuss any concerns or blockers, and work closely with the Project Manager and Solutions Architects to implement the client's solution on time and within scope.

Key Objectives

Objective #1: Complete All Necessary Training and Certifications

  • Complete Decisions Technical Certification (training completed within 7 weeks of the start date)
  • Complete the Development Apprenticeship (completed within 8 weeks of certification)
  • Complete the Continuous Training Module (completed within 3 months of the start date)
  • Attend 100% of Client facing ceremonies (While in apprenticeship and following, attendance at all meetings will be mandatory unless otherwise approved by the project management team)

Requirements

  • A.S./B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related technical experience, or equivalent experience (preferred)
