As a Tapcart Technical Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing large accounts that require significant technical customizations beyond the out-of-the-box product capabilities. You will work closely with our clients, project management, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and customization of mobile apps, ensuring a seamless user experience.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process for large accounts with high customization needs, translating specific client requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Work with clients to align on their app vision, offering tailored solutions, and expert guidance on Tapcart’s platform capabilities and customization options.
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify and define custom features and functionalities.
  • Ensure the mobile app setup aligns with client branding and functionality specifications, as well as Tapcart’s best practices.
  • Support technical customizations by understanding and advising on basic reactive JS code to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Consult on React.js components and functionalities to enhance the user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with Tapcart’s engineering team to ensure seamless integration and customization of the platform.
  • Provide training and support to clients on using customized features and functionalities.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery of customized mobile apps.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development and customization.

WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation or a similar technical role.
  • 3-5 years experience in project management, product management, and solutions consulting within the e-commerce space.
  • Proficiency in front-end web development with technologies like React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Basic knowledge of reactive JS code and mobile app setup.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and other stakeholders.
  • Keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience with mobile app development and e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.
