Your role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Integration Administrator (ADV0006QH) to join our JETS II team at Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. The Technical Integration Administrator will provide support to both the EHP (EVA and Human Surface Mobility Program) and the CLDP (Commercial Low-Earth-Orbit Development Program) at NASA/JSC.

What you'll do all day:

  • Provide technical integration support for both the EHP and CLDP at NASA/JSC
  • Schedule and coordinate support for all meetings on the groups' calendars
  • Track change requests
  • Manage lists of reviewers and control levels of access to allow reviewers proper access
  • Collect and consolidate review comments
  • In special cases, take notes/actions during EHP and CLDP boards and meetings
  • Pre-review and coordinate the Change Requests (CRs), FRs, Directives, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Waivers for reviews
  • Generate the EA Directorate's Pre-SORR packages for each flight
  • Collect all Flight Readiness Assessments (FRAs)
  • Update the Milestone schedule
  • Monitor scheduled deliverables against established plans to ensure meeting the deadlines
  • Perform job functions based on pre-established guidelines or instructions
  • Perform other duties as required

Minimum requirements for this position:

  • Typically requires a HS diploma and 10 years of experience or BS in Engineering Technology or related field and 5 years of experience
  • Familiar with NASA/JSC flight hardware process and certification
  • Self-motivated, team player and adaptability to a dynamic environment and the ability to complete all assignments as required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers and management at all levels
  • Ability to coordinate and prepare written documents for NASA meetings
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and schedules
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Teams
  • Telework no more than 8 hours per week. Full-time onsite at JSC preferred.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants
Desired skills and experience for this position:

  • Typically requires a HS diploma and 10 years of NASA on-site experience or BS and 5 years of NASA experience
  • NASA/JSC experience strongly preferred
  • Some college preferred
  • Familiar with JSC organizations, processes, and procedures
  • Experience with processing of Flight Rules, Change Requests, Waivers, Non-Compliance Reports, and Flight Readiness Assessments
  • Familiarity with the Engineering Life Cycle process, with emphasis on Flight Readiness Reviews and Operations Readiness Reviews
