We are seeking an API Technical Integration Specialist to join our team as a subject matter expert in API integrations. This role will play a critical role in setting up, managing, and supporting integrations for our partners. This individual will also serve as an escalation point for integration-related questions from internal team members across the company. Additionally, this role will also assist in building processes to assist scale and grow the business, while also organizing internal and external resources to allow for seamless management of any API Integration.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support and assistance to customer and partner organizations on integration matters, collaborating closely with the Integrations Partner Manager.,
  • Own escalated issues and suggest enhancements to internal teams using JIRA/Sales Force, providing clear and concise information.
  • Respond to support team inquiries, assist in investigating and identifying integration issues that require escalation, and complete API testing in IDE environments.
  • Manage reporting related to integration related support trends from general support interactions, Teams escalations, and CEP/Point/COI escalations.
  • Maintain familiarity with Integration Partner software and navigation. Perform comprehensive testing, incorporating sandbox environments and various API formats.
  • Plan, update, and maintain integration resources (customer-facing and internal) and assist with managing implementation of integrations and community configurations where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on training and onboarding functions as necessary.
  • Assist with various team interactions as backup when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (mathematics, statistics, and engineering is a plus)
  • Familiarity with a programming language and the general logic of how software communicates.
  • Experience troubleshooting and following logical steps providing accurate instructions to external and internal customers.
  • Documentation skills and a dedication to building resources for tribal/siloed knowledge.
