Technical Interviewer for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform

We are looking for an experienced Technical Interviewer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to conduct technical interviews for potential candidates. Your role will be critical in evaluating the skills, expertise, and problem-solving abilities of professionals in these technologies, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews for roles related to Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
• Assess candidates' knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Evaluate understanding of system architecture, integrations, customizations, and best practices.
• Create realistic scenarios and problem-solving tasks to test candidates’ practical skills.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations on each candidate.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to refine the interview process and criteria.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform, including customizations, integrations, and advanced features.
• Strong technical background with hands-on expertise in configuring, deploying, and optimizing these solutions.
• Proven track record of conducting technical interviews or assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the latest updates and trends in Microsoft technologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, Power Platform) are highly desirable.
