Technical Lead

Xsolla KL is in search of a Tech Lead for Xsolla Mall team. We are looking for someone who is ready to steer the technical direction of our product, while supporting and managing a passionate development team. Xsolla Mall produces new distribution channels for mobile and PC game publishers/developers trusted by players with help of whom they can uplift the revenue, improve engagement and retention rates for live projects by using partnership tools.

Our Tech Stack:

Backend: TypeScript/Node.js/Nest.js

Frontend: TypeScript/React.js/Next.js

Database: MySQL/Redis/RabbitMQ/MongoDB

Testing: Jest/Mocha

CI/CD: GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting the development process for the team
• Estimating the time of individual task implementation
• Organizing and facilitating team KANBAN rituals
• Designing key technical parts of the product and closely interact with the team architect
• Participating in product testing and delivery processes
• Supporting the professional growth of employees through the accumulation of knowledge and experience
• Working with the strengths and weaknesses of team members
• Building a culture of collective responsibility for commitment, trust, creativity, and mentorship in the team
• Working with personal development tracks for each employee
• Participating in discussions of architectural solutions in the department
• Develop and maintain the functionality of product

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of team management experience
• Working knowledge of JS programming language
• Professional knowledge of SQL and MySQL database
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform technologies or with any other cloud provider.
• Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines
• Decent understanding of backend components, such as caches, networks, load balancers, CDNs etc.
• Ability to build reliable, scalable, and fault-tolerant software
• Good English skills
• Readiness to work in an English-speaking environment
