Your impact:Â
- As a Tech Lead at Amity, you’ll play a pivotal role in a large-scale project exceeding 10 million Thai Baht. You’ll bring both technical expertise in backend and AI development and the ability to manage resources effectively. You will be a key contact for our customers, helping to clarify technical requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Working closely with the project manager and engineers, you’ll ensure that development is on track and aligned with the project’s scope and timeline, driving both product success and customer satisfaction.
Your team:
- Our team’s mission is to design and implement solutions that balance product capability with customer requirements. We foster an environment of innovation, encouraging solutions that push our product’s boundaries to fulfill customer expectations. You’ll receive guidance and coaching from our Project Advisor, who brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise project management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Act as a primary technical point of contact, communicating clearly with customers to manage requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with the project manager on planning, resource tracking, and milestone tracking to maintain smooth project flow.
- Oversee resource allocation to ensure that development activities are on track and within budget.
- Develop technical solutions and strategies that address customer challenges while leveraging Amity Solutions’s suite of products.
- Document technical decisions and create clear reports for both the project team and customer stakeholders.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to continuously enhance project delivery.
- Provide constructive feedback to the product/engineer team on potential enhancements based on project experience.
Your ideal profile:
- 5+ years of backend and AI development experience, particularly with NodeJS, Python, and TypeScript.
- Proven experience in leading tech projects valued at 5M THB or more, balancing technical responsibilities with customer engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to track resources and manage tasks in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Strong client-facing skills with a clear, professional communication style.
- Native Thai speaker with proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
