Technical Lead Engineer (OutSystems)

• Design, develop and maintain OutSystems applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Lead architecture discussions, solution design, and decision-making processes.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Lead and mentor a team of offshore developers to deliver the assigned User Stories / tasks.
• Ability to perform Code Review and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Perform integration testing with the relevant stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on task progress / concerns to the Project Manager / Business Analyst.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems updates, features, and industry trends, and integrate these into development strategies.
