We're seeking a Technical Lead for our Growth Engineering Division with an Emphasis on Enterprise B2B. 

As the Technical Lead, you will impact the technical decision-making and architecture of our e-commerce platform's future, specifically the Enterprise B2B domain. You will work with the other technical leads and engineers to solve problems within a fast-growing platform.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage our enterprise team of 4-8 engineers
• Leverage our RAILS-based e-commerce platform to design and deliver enterprise B2B-specific functionality.
• Serve as the technical owner of integrations to and with Enterprises.
• Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions
• Work with the Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain a quarterly view of the roadmap. 
• Help meet the company goals while maintaining the technical health and security of our application
• Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line 
• Collaborate with other Technical Leaders — product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more 

What you bring to the table:

• Experience leading a full-stack software development team

• You are passionate about fostering strong engineering practices and processes
• Experience working on high-scale web applications
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack. Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo are preferred.
• Ideally, experience with Hospital systems or Similiare Enterprise-level integrations.
