Job description:

The scope is for the deployment, configuration integration and operations, and maintenance of Big Fix Lifecycle, Big Fix Inventory, Big Fix Compliance, and to provide insights and the deployment of Big Fix agents to IRS’ Tier II and Tier III devices including preliminary technical analysis.
The objective of this task is to perform ongoing systems performance analysis and optimization of the HCL Big Fix infrastructure and applications, provide recommendations and documentation for the same, monitor the state of the infrastructure, and configure the systems for optimal performance, including databases.
• Ensure proper system functionality to support the tax code change.
• Providing environment and infrastructure assessment.
• Create and analyze performance metrics that ensure optimal system performance to support the tax code change. Provide performance optimization recommendations for applications,databases, and network bandwidth utilization.
• Provide performance optimization document.
• Ensure proper system functionality to support the tax code change.
