This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of scalable full-stack solutions across complex enterprise environments. You will guide technical direction across frontend and backend systems built with modern frameworks such as React and .NET, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability. Acting as a key technical authority, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to shape architecture and execution strategies. The position involves hands-on leadership, mentoring engineers, and driving best practices across distributed teams. You will lead the technical direction of full-stack development efforts, ensuring robust architecture decisions and high-quality delivery across the lifecycle of applications. You will collaborate across teams to align engineering execution with product strategy while maintaining strong focus on scalability, performance, and security.

• Define and guide end-to-end technical architecture for full-stack solutions using .NET Core and React
• Lead implementation from concept to deployment while ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
• Evaluate technical trade-offs between performance, scalability, correctness, and business impact
• Oversee code quality through reviews, documentation standards, and repository management practices
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to influence system design and roadmap decisions
• Mentor engineers and actively contribute to engineering communities and capability building
• Ensure secure and reliable implementations aligned with modern engineering standards and enterprise needs

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong full-stack expertise, technical leadership experience, and deep knowledge of modern engineering practices. You should be comfortable working in distributed teams and driving architectural decisions in complex environments.

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET (C#) and modern frontend development using React
• Solid experience in database design and optimization using SQL Server, including stored procedures and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and building cloud-native applications with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of system design, scalable architectures, and design patterns such as SOLID principles
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and standards such as OWASP guidelines
• Experience working in Agile environments and leading technical teams
• Strong communication skills in English for collaboration with global teams
• Experience in mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams
• Exposure to enterprise or domain-specific solutions (healthcare experience is a plus)
