Key Responsibilities/ Position Details:

• Plan, organize, and develop user-facing features for components in our dynamic ads platform, ensuring high-quality UI/UX.
• Design, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and system architecture for scalability, security, and performance.
• Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable code for both client-side and server-side applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features, third-party systems, and plugins into the platform.
• Evaluate and identify new technologies and tools for adoption to enhance the platform's functionality and performance.
• Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a small team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with business and product teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
• Review code, conduct peer reviews, and drive continuous improvement in the team's development processes.
• Respond to client and stakeholder feedback, incorporate changes, and identify new opportunities for innovation.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate tasks effectively to meet multiple project deadlines.

• Experience: 4-6 years of working experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in modern frontend (e.g., React, Bootstrap, Redux, or Vue.js) and backend (e.g. Java ) frameworks.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience in managing and leading a small development team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Availability: Immediate availability is a significant advantage.
• Skills: Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end processes.
