Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance.
• Architect and implement technical solutions for new features and improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the team informed and adept.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience/expertise
• Experience: 
• 5-8 years of experience in iOS development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• The Technical Agile Lead role is instrumental in managing the unique challenges of IoT development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high standards of quality and innovation. Their role is vital for the successful implementation and scaling of IoT solutions in a competitive and rapidly evolving industry
• Java 17. (Spring Boot, Microservices, Java 8+)
• Kotlin.
• Angular. (Angular 11+, Material UI, CSS, Typescript, Single Page Application (SPA))
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) in an agile framework (Scrum)
• Experience with different software development methodologies (e.g., TDD - Test Driven Development, BDD - Behavior Driven Development).
• Testing and Debugging: Experience with automated testing and debugging tools.
• Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize applications for performance, including UI, memory, and network usage.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team.
• Preferred Skills:
• Continuous Integration: Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Additional Experience Desired:
• Banking and financial background to understand terminology while capturing requirements.
• Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).
• Cloud - AWS Knowledge
