Technical Lead – GenAI (Finance Domain)

Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in guiding our development team in creating high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering with a deep understanding of technical aspects and a proven track record in leading teams to deliver successful projects.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The Technical Team Lead acts as the head of the team working on the development of software applications and ensures the project team follows set regulations and goals. This software leader should have thorough knowledge of the technical aspects of software engineering to effectively manage the development process. The lead is also responsible for GenAI integration.

• Providing guidance and direction to technical team members in matters of design architecture development tasks implementation validation and monitoring
• Set the coding standards by contributing to code reviews and help the team deliver more robust maintainable and high-quality software
• Understand the development work infrastructure and technical environments and the software design for the product the leader is responsible for
• Supporting developers to overcome difficult coding and technical challenges; mentor the development team
• Perform coding of complex areas of software development projects
• Planning and prioritization of the backlog
• Tracking the execution of technical tasks
• Identify and mitigating any risks that they are observing to the plan
• Collaborate closely with other stakeholders to determine feasibility and scope of execution as well as maintain relationships with stakeholders for dependencies.
• Modelling the right culture attributes & values for their team members to follow
• Reviewing and updating existing procedures
• Proficient in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures to enhance scalability and maintainability.
• Successfully led the design and development of several cloud-native applications using technologies such as Node.js Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of building high-performance backend services with a strong ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 10+ Years of professional experience; 5+ years of experience in GenAI Integration. 5+ years of experience in Finance systems ERP SAP and others
• Proficient in Node.js Python React JavaScript.
• Skilled in IBM Cloud Docker Kubernetes Jenkins and the IBM Toolchain. Experienced in integrating IBM Watson Services.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL IBM Cloud Object Storage and Redis with a focus on database performance optimization.
• Experienced with IBM ITSS and SPbD principles. Experienced in addressing and resolving security vulnerabilities. Experienced in JIRA

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experienced with designing and developing software with Security and Privacy.
• Experience working on LLMs Model Training & Evaluation Performance Benchmarking.
