Technical Lead - IBM Cloud Solution Architect

Introduction
At IBM, Technical Solution Architects work to understand needs and then create complex high-quality solutions that make meaningful impact. You'll be responsible for overall leadership and delivery of the solutions from requirement gathering through implementation. You'll use your in-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technologies along with industry and business skills to influence outcomes.

Your Role and Responsibilities
This technical solution architect role architects first-class IBM Cloud technical solutions on complex pre & post-sale opportunities including client critical situations and onboarding acceleration.

**Please note - This position requires working onsite 3 days per week at our Mulhuddart location in Dublin, Ireland.

• Architect level certification in at least one hyperscaler (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP) and strong knowledge and experience of hybrid cloud design & solutioning in IBM Cloud or another hyperscaler.
• Strong archtectural design background and experience and cloud delivery experience including hands on.
• Experience in customer facing interaction with architecture and technical teams.
• Broad technical understanding of the IBM Technology portfolio
• Self-Starter who is a fast learner of technology and willing to experiment to find the best solutions

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of one or more of the following: VMWare, Red Hat OpenShift, Power Virtual Server, Ansible, Teraform
• Knowledge of Cloud Networking, Cloud Security & Compliance, Non functional requirements such as Backup, DR, etc
