PURPOSE: Leads implementation and support of Office 365 solutions that deliver value across the organization. Work with O365 integrator to establish O365 governance, deployment and maintenance processes. Provides systems and software engineering guidance of the O365 suite including configuration and adoption of services/applications such as OneDrive, Teams (Calling, Chat, Meetings, Live Event), Yammer, Exchange, Voice, etc. Collaborate with IT Infrastructure engineers to design roles and responsibilities for functional administrators. Assesses emerging O365 features/services for Lincoln Electric's initiatives and provides technical expertise for next generation initiatives. As the Global Tenant Administrator, review licensing supply/demand, collaborate with security on tenant configuration/management, access control, and provide guidance and training for global site support and desktop engineering team.

Collaborates in design and engineering of modern device management. Develops and implements co-management deployment approach for inTune for Lincoln Electric's device population. Evaluate current processes for imaging, GPOs, patching and PC delivery processes to increase automation and productivity of site support teams. Collaborate with Information Security to increase compliance and adoption of new device/OS security tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):
  • Leads and directs technical solution implementations, along with providing thought leadership
  • Directs and leads the design and integration for technical implementations
  • Assesses suitability for solutions/application integration in O365
  • Acts as the subject matter expert for O365 collaboration services
  • Assists in driving the adoption of O365 suite including, Yammer, OneDrive, Teams
  • Provides support guidance on client technologies (Windows, GPO, inTune, O365 suite, tenant administration)
  • Provides technical thought leadership on all sized efforts within the End User Experience team
  • Proactively mitigate risk within assigned assets, technologies, and platforms within a functional area
  • Identifies and drives improvements and innovation
  • Delivers documents, presentations, design diagrams suitable for intended audiences
  • Mentors and trains new or less experienced team members
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/relevant certification in business management or information systems management required.
  • 5+ year's Desktop Systems Engineering Experience focusing on end user device platforms.
  • MCA or MCSE certification by accredited facility preferred.
  • Good strategic, creative thinking, problem solving and reasoning skills.
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with the IT organization, project and application development teams, management and business personnel; a good understanding of client technology industry best practices and strategies.
  • Capable of collaborating within a technical team and successfully interacting with others at various levels of the organization.
  • Comprehensive experience in analyzing complex functions, procedures and problems to find creative, logical and appropriate solutions required.
  • A strong understanding of the business impact of infrastructure & security tools, technologies and policies
  • Ability to influence teams, establish direction, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, encourage dialogue, and encourage improvement and innovation
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively with ability to make timely decisions with limited information
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network and directory services required
