Job Location - Preferred location to be Minnesota/ Remote option available.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Associate will be Onsite Technical Lead for suite of applications and expected to perform below job duties,

1. Technically strong to lead and handle the Support tickets (Incident, Problem and Change Management) and Minor enhancements

2. Delegate the ticket queue efficiently, manage ahd own the deliverables by coordinating with team.

3. Good communication skills to provide updates, handling crisis, discussion on new requirements and update/clarify on the escalations to Portfolio Leads and Clients

4. Rollout operational changes and functional enhancements as per schedule, Manage and develop team capability for resolving complex incidents.

5. Prepare and Governance the weekly/Monthly status reports for Customers and internal stakeholders

6. Initiate escalation procedure for incidents based on the agreed upon timelines and tracks it to closure

Required skills:

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience as Java Developer and Technical Analyst.
• Expertise on Java, JavaScript, API, Struts, Spring boot, Microservices, SQL
• Should be well versed in Java concepts and fundamentals.
• Experience on working in Support Projects and flexible to work on-call mode as per need.
• Manlog or Healthcare domain exp. is recommended.
• Should have very good communication and analytical skills to handle daily support deliveries and crisis management.
• Should have very good communication skill and should be able to assess and analyze work with client independently.- Work Authorization:
