Technical Lead Java/Angular

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadership and Guidance: Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for UI-based projects.
• Team Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that technical decisions align with project goals and timelines.
• Code Quality and Standards: Enforce coding standards, review code, and mentor team members to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Architectural Design and Development: Lead the design and development of the software architecture, making decisions on frameworks, patterns, and technologies to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Problem Solving and Technical Challenges: Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems, ensuring the successful delivery of UI projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas
• FSD Java (min. Java11),
• Spring, Springboot,
• Microservices,
• Angular Framework.
• RxJS,
• CSS
• Javascript:
• RxJS
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).
• Good understanding of SOLID principles.
• Proficiency in the English language.
