Your role

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation team in designing, building,and maintaining high-quality digital solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation,ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and secure digital solutions using Java, JavaScript, and modern microservice architecture.
•  API Development: Oversee the development and integration of RESTful APIs to ensure seamless connectivity and data exchange between systems.
• Quality Assurance: Prioritize code quality and ensure best practices in coding standards, testing, security and performance optimization.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners,
• UX/UI designers and developers, QA engineers, infra developers etc to deliver high-quality products.
• Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering their growth and development within the team.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and articulate technical concepts.
• Ownership: Take ownership of projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drivecontinuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Who you are

• Experience in software development, with a focus on ecommerce platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, React, or Angular), and
• microservice architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• APIs: Strong understanding of API design and development, including RESTful services.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, with excellent mentoring and coaching abilities.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
