Job Description

Major Accountabilities:

  1. Lead the management of product system requirements throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring completeness, correctness, and traceability.
  2. Establish and maintain effective processes and tools for capturing, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document clear and concise requirements for product systems.
  4. Translate customer needs, market trends, and business objectives into actionable and verifiable system requirements.
  5. Establish and maintain traceability links between requirements, design artifacts, test cases, and other project deliverables.
  6. Ensure that changes to requirements are properly tracked, documented, and communicated to stakeholders.
  7. Oversee the administration of JIRA for requirements management, including configuration, customization, and user training.
  8. Develop and maintain Python scripts and tools to automate tasks related to requirements management, analysis, and reporting.
  9. Define branching strategies and workflows to facilitate collaborative development and integration of requirements.
