The Role

We seek a talented Technical Lead (UI) with CSS, HTML and JavaScript experience who can take a UX design to a customer delighting UI Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing high-quality UI software in a cloud- native environment. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions using JavaScript, React, CSS, HTML technologies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.

This role is based out of our Palo Alto, CA office.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and lead UI projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, scalable software solutions using CSS, HTML, JavaScript and React in a cloud-native environment.
• Participate in the design, development, and testing of software solutions to meet business requirements.
• Work with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and Databases
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and senior developers to implement software design patterns and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
• Architect end-to-end solutions, focusing on performance, scalability, and system architecture.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and share knowledge with the team.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development using React, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
• Proficient in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, React, Node.JS, SQL/NOSQL, REST, APIs, and WebPack.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as Sass, Less, or Stylus
• Hands on experience building intuitive frontend applications.
• Demonstrated experience in system architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Familiarity with software design patterns and best practices.
• Ability to lead and manage technical projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins and Terraform.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS
