Main duties and responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a technical team;
• Set clear expectations, delegate tasks, and monitor team progress;
• Mentor and develop team members;
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables;
• Possess a strong technical background;
• Assist team members with technical challenges and foster a culture of innovation;
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues;
• Facilitate regular team meetings and collaborate with other departments;
• Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices;
• Conduct code reviews and work closely with the testing team to ensure software quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies;
• Solid technical proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies;
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Results-oriented.
