The Technical Learning Program Lead - TransFund is responsible for leading and facilitating the Learning & Development operations within TransFund, including the design, maintenance and delivery of all internal/external product and service delivery training program material.

Job Description

The Technical Learning Program Lead - TransFund is responsible for leading and facilitating the Learning & Development operations within TransFund, including the design, maintenance and delivery of all internal/external product and service delivery training program material. Provides daily training support through leveraged e-learning, documentation and/or direct workshops to increase the overall efficiency and functional success of TransFund employees and external client users.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will design, develop and deliver internal and external product and service delivery learning programs, supporting documentation and e-learning courses. You will facilitate workshops and trainings within the TransFund Academy framework and deliver content which focuses on the user experience and best practices.
  • You will document, outline and maintain TransFund Academy architecture, not limited to: internal and external engagement process, user administration, reporting capabilities, additional supporting services and fee structure.
  • You will evaluate organizational development needs and maintain visibility into all internal and leveraged external technology partner products and services. You will support enhancements, deficiencies and changes, update internal training documentation and modify TransFund Academy documentation and e-learning course material within appropriate timeframes.
  • You will manage net new TransFund FIs throughout the pre-migration TransFund Academy training experience, not limited to: e-learning, direct virtual or on-site training, class reporting and production hand off. You will support existing TransFund FIs/users with additional training needs by coordinating additional/funded subject focused material and/or direct support.
  • You will continuously monitor, evaluate and adjust the success of the TransFund Academy through direct user surveys, provide monthly program health check outlining: survey results and required adjustments (if req'd), active e-learning user base and course adoption rate, revenue and course/material summaries.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in a related field or equivalent work experience of 8+ years in a related environment.

  • Superior process driven and continuous improvement skills with strong communication, including oral and written skills
  • Strong organizational and relationship management skills
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Effective vendor management skills
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Strong creativity, self-motivated
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong technical aptitude, with good understanding of technical systems
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Knowledge of TransFund/EFT/Debit Card Systems but not required, and could compensate for some other skill deficiencies
  • Proven experience as an L&D Lead, Training Manager or similar
