Position Summary:

To further advance the growth in this market, Kalypso, is seeking candidates with experience designing Systems Engineering and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions based on the PTC Codebeamer, Windchill RV&S and Windchill Modeler applications.

We provide consulting, digital, technology, business process management and managed services across the innovation value chain. We are seeking to additional engineers to help clients discover, create, make, and sell better products through digital development and manufacturing. We are looking for candidates that understand ALM concepts and the various modules of the PTC Codebeamer, Windchill RV&S and Windchill Modeler applications to support those processes.

  • Expertise in Configuration and Customization of PTC Codebeamer, Windchill RV&S, and Windchill Modeler
  • Exposure in writing PTC Codebeamer, Windchill RV&S, and Windchill Modeler Triggers
  • Understanding of Systems Engineering processes including Functional and Logical Modeling
  • Understanding of Requirements Management, Decomposition, Derivation, and Traceability
  • Understanding of Verification/Validation Processes
  • Detailed understanding of the Systems Engineering "V" Model, processes, and methodologies
  • Worked on Custom Actions, executable jar-based development.
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices; waterfall and Agile Experience with software configuration

As a Technical Manager, you will work as a client-facing consultant and technical subject matter expert role for established global clientele, helping them apply leading ALM capabilities to challenging business problems. Our work is fast-paced, demanding, and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities. The learning curve can be quite steep, but our team will help you build confidence and enable you to explore areas that are of interest to you. Our focus is on helping clients extract business value from cutting edge capabilities, not just on making the technology work. In this role you will help design, develop, and test solutions for a diverse set of clients in industries such as Aerospace Defense, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High Tech, Consumer Goods and Retail.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of PTC Codebeamer, Windchill RV&S, and Windchill Modeler applications on multiple projects
  • Understanding of the PTC Codebeamer, Windchill RV&S, and Windchill Modeler base architecture as well as the application framework in order to deliver real ALM solutions.
  • Developing innovative ALM concepts based on client specifications.
  • Deliver innovative ALM solutions based on client needs.
  • Supporting the implementation, validation, and deployment of scalable, commercial solutions in a client-facing setting
  • Providing technical consultation or subject matter expertise to global clientele, to solve challenging business problems
  • Demonstrating superior analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • This position may require up to 25% travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering)
  • This position typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience analyzing client's needs/requirements, configuring, testing, and deploying PTC Codebeamer, Windchill RV&S, and Windchill Modeler
  • Working knowledge of Windchill systems and functions
  • Relevant experience with Windchill technologies
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for job level and compensation.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $147-220k. This position also offers a TTC Plan 85/15 based on target utilization goal achievement.
