The team you'll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
Network Management and Optimization is a multicultural and diverse team with great and passioned about technology members, who support Professional services for new implementation, software upgrades, Product introduction of Nokia Network Management portfolio such as NetAct, Archive Cloud and others, working closely with customer to achieve a high-quality deliverables.

As part of our team, you will:
- Be accountable for management of end-to-end (e2e) technical management activities defined in customer contract in terms of quality, risk and time from delivery approach preparation through deployment, customer acceptance and care phase.
- Act as primary technical interface and first technical escalation point within the assigned customer projects.
- Ensure the correctness and completeness of the solution from e2e requirements of the overall solution delivery feasibility, the customer architecture to prevent delays and risks during delivery. For this, the TM will engage with the sales team in the solutioning phase before handover to delivery.
- Maintain and validate the High-Level Design, Low Level Detailed Design for the customer network e2e architecture and approves the related documentation. This would be maintained throughout the complete life cycle of the customer relationship reflecting the topology and architectural changes with the network evolution
- Lead and be responsible for all technical deliverables for the customer.
Your skills and experience
You have:
- 5+ years' Experience supporting NetAct
- Demonstrated experience in Customer support
- NetAct Certification
- RHEL and Open stack Certifications
- 3+ years leading projects
