Job Description Summary• Develop, implement and maintain a global digital strategy for AAM, create road-map, demonstrates operational excellence and leads enterprise-critical projects.

• Partner and collaborate with Manager of Digital technology & Analytics, global business, and regional business community to develop a digital strategy to transform AAM's business processes, leverage emerging technologies to develop new business models, and ultimately create driven differentiation.

• Provide appropriate visibility and reporting to stakeholders on the effectiveness of the digital initiatives, digital tools and project implementations.

• Lead with a vision to identify high-value opportunities that have major impact with outstanding results.

• Builds operating systems and effective lean principles to optimize processes and to improve system efficiencies.

Job Description

• Develop, implement and maintain a global digital strategy for AAM, create road-map, demonstrates operational excellence.
• Maintain current knowledge of opportunities provided by various traditional analytics and cloud platform tools and processes, and continuously challenge the organization to adopt ground-breaking solutions.
• Work as a Problem solver who will bridge gaps between technology and business by combining deep technology expertise with wide business knowledge across all functions.
• Guide business leaders in digital technology, strategy, roadmap, power of data, analytics, and digital solutions to gain exceptional performance and results.
• Lead advanced global technologies and innovation. Delivers enterprise-wide implementations with agile methodology to drive real-world benefits.
• Partner and collaborate with the Manager of Business Transformation to develop a digital strategy that will allow AAM to transform our business processes, leverage emerging technologies to develop new business models, and ultimately create driven differentiation.
• Design, staff, manage and develop the organization appropriately to achieve Digital & Data strategy.
• Build and lead international / multi-cultural team with multi-functional, technical, data science, and comprehensive analytical skills.

Required Skills and Education

Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Business)
• Master's Degree / MBA (Computer Science, Business) desired

• 10 plus years of experience managing teams
• Leadership experience in a global environment
• Demonstrated implementation and utilization of analytics and digital tools and methodologies to drive business transformation
• Problem solving ability and analytical skills
• Project Management and operational Excellence / Support

• Demonstrated strategic capability
