Kalypso & Rockwell Automation are currently collaborating with several clients to better manage their product's system definition and associated requirements. Their intent is to reduce time and design uncertainty through better requirements traceability. We have a need for an integrated approach to requirements traceability across all disciplines associated with complex engineered systems.

Position Summary:

To further advance the growth in this market, Kalypso professional services branch of Rockwell Automation, is seeking candidates with experience designing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions based on the PTC Windchill application.

We provide consulting, digital, technology, business process management and managed services across the innovation value chain. We are seeking to additional engineers to help clients discover, create, make, and sell better products through digital development and manufacturing. We are looking for candidates that understand the PLM concepts and the various modules of the Windchill application to support those processes.

Strong working knowledge of Windchill functionality and capabilities is required. Understanding the architectural framework of the Windchill application is preferred. Relevant experience using one or more of the additional secondary modules (e.g. PartsLink, MPMLink, etc.), is highly desired. Significant experience with other competitive solutions such as Oracle Agile PLM, Teamcenter, Enovia, etc. would be considered.

As a Technical Manager, you will work as a client-facing consultant and technical subject matter expert role for established global clientele, helping them apply leading PLM capabilities to challenging business problems. Our work is fast-paced, demanding, and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities. The learning curve can be quite steep, but our team will help you build confidence and enable you to explore areas that are of interest to you. Our focus is on helping clients extract business value from cutting edge capabilities, not just on making the technology work. In this role you will help design, develop, and test solutions for a diverse set of clients in industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High Tech, Consumer Goods and Retail.

Position Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Windchill application on multiple projects
• Understanding of the Windchill base architecture as well as the application framework in order to deliver real PLM solutions
• Developing innovative PLM concepts based on client specifications
• Deliver innovative PLM solutions based on client needs
• Supporting the implementation, validation, and deployment of scalable, commercial solutions in a client-facing setting
• Providing technical consultation or subject matter expertise to global clientele, to solve challenging business problems
• Demonstrating superior analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• This position may require up to 25% travel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering)
• This position typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience
• Working knowledge of Windchill systems and functions
• Relevant experience with Windchill technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for job level and compensation.
• The base salary compensation range for this role in Colorado is $129-160k with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. This position also offers a supplemental compensation through a daily variable rate based on target utilization goal achievement.
