Join us as a Technical Marketing Content Management Analyst within our Global Marketing & CRM Systems team!
Position Summary:
Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Marketing Content Management Analyst to join our Global Marketing & CRM Systems team. The individual provides web publishing and quality assurance for our content management platforms at Brown Brothers Harriman. The focus of this position is web publishing and quality assurance tasks in support of our Marketing and HR Communications business partners. The individual will be expected to gain an in-depth understanding of the content management platforms used within BBH, including the business workflows and processes so to support these business lines.
The Technical Marketing Content Management Analyst will join the Global Marketing Systems team and work in conjunction with our content management developers to support and maintain our internal content management platforms for the BBH Marketing and HR Communications teams.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Partner with developers, project managers, and Marketing/HR resources to build and update content within BBH's content management systems
- Perform quality assurance testing on development projects within the content management platforms
- Support timely publishing of content needs, initiatives, and projects as well as troubleshooting activities on the content management platforms
- Participate in development of test strategy, test plans and test cases
- Participate in test execution and document all test results
- Along with development colleagues, coordinate production implementation activities with supporting systems groups in advance of implementation and assist in implementation playlist where applicable
- Review and assist the Project manager in development of project plans and project workflows on larger projects
- Support Marketing/HR with web analytics reporting by monitoring site traffic and complete any ad-hoc requests
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree and/or related work experience
- 3+ years of experience, preferably at a financial services company
- Minimum of 1 years of working in content publishing, marketing or a content management system
- Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thoughtfully prioritize
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to use project organization tools such as SharePoint and JIRA
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager
- Knowledge of Coremedia content management platform a plus
- Experience with qtest a plus
- Experience with Adobe Analytics
