We have more than 200 employees working in our various business segments such as Airport systems, Logistics and Customer Support.

Job Description

• Reports to Shift Engineer on all system-related issues.
• Ensures that the system is operating normally.
• Monitors the system for faults and any other faults in the flow of airport baggage.
• Oversees the technicians in the discharge of their duties.
• Ensures prompt response to all faults by immediately despatching technicians to attend to the faults.
• Ensures prompt diversion of baggage during breakdowns. This is to ensure that the flow of baggage remains uninterrupted.
• Provides prompt information to Shift Engineer on all system-related faults and provides regular status updates.
• Ensures proper despatch of personnel to ensure prompt breakdown recovery.
• Ensures that the PM Schedule is completed as scheduled.
• Provides support to Shift Engineer during system troubleshooting/updates.
• Assist management in report submission.
• Assist management in data analysis and statistics.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering related field
• Knowledge of SCADA is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided
• Proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Words)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in rotating 3 shifts
• Candidates with Class 3 driving license is an advantage but not necessary
• Since the work needs to be performed in a restricted area, applications for airport pass will be screened by the Airport Police Division

Additional Information

Work Pattern:

Rotating shift (2 mornings/ 2 afternoon/ 2 nights/ 2 off days/ 2 mornings…)

• Morning shift – 7.30 am to 3.30 pm
• Afternoon shift – 3.00 pm to 10.30 pm
• Night shift – 10.00 pm to 8.00 am
