This role sits at the core of operational efficiency, focused on strengthening and scaling the internal technical systems that power day-to-day business execution. You will work across a diverse tooling ecosystem, including support platforms, automation frameworks, and AI-driven systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance across operational workflows. Acting as a hands-on technical contributor, you will translate operational needs into scalable, well-structured solutions that improve reliability and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with operations leadership to deliver high-priority initiatives while continuously identifying opportunities for system optimization. Accountabilities:

  • Execute high-priority technical operations initiatives, building and improving workflows, automations, and integrations across internal systems.
  • Design, implement, and iterate on tools and processes that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Support and optimize systems across support platforms, automation tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Translate operational challenges into clear, scoped technical solutions and implement them end-to-end.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing tooling and proactively develop improvements to enhance scalability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, improve reliability, and ensure smooth production performance of operational tools.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the internal tech stack, ensuring systems remain connected and effective as the business scales.
  • Requirements:
    This role requires strong technical fluency combined with an operational mindset and a focus on execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across systems, building solutions independently, and improving workflows in fast-changing environments.

    • Strong technical fluency with experience using APIs, integrations, and automation tools.
    • Ability to build, debug, and maintain workflows across multiple systems with minimal supervision.
    • Proven execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
    • Strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand how tools and processes interconnect.

    • Experience in operations, support, or customer experience environments is a plus.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk or AI-driven automation platforms is advantageous.
