Technical Operations Specialist

Requirements

• 2-3+ years experience in a technical operations role
• 1+ years' startup experience
• 1+ data analysis
• 1+ ticketing software experience
• Experience using SaaS and productivity tools, such Slack, Asana and Freshdesk
• Engineering or technical skill a plus
• Must live in the Boston or Cambridge MA-area for this hybrid role

• Comfortable communicating with and coordinating remote work with contractors
• A meticulous, detail oriented worker; nothing delights you more than an updated organized task list
• Curious and driven, excited to learn the ins and outs of Soofa's product
• Love of working cross-departmentally with many stakeholders
• Has a solutions oriented mindset; big fan of puzzles

Bonus Points For

• Experience testing electronic boards using lab tools such as oscilloscope
• Familiar with command-line operations on a Linux computer
• Any firmware or software experience is a plus
• Knowledge of JavaScript or any programming language
