Typical Job Duties

• Monitoring our data integration processes and investigating issues as they arise

• Ensuring that complex technical issues are handled in a timely manner

• Developing and maintaining positive partner relations

• Researching and resolving partner concerns

• Normalizing data through mapping processes

• Coordinating directly with developers to identify and troubleshoot issues
