Technical Operations Specialist I (Remote)
Job Description
- Install and configure software and applications on client machines
- Respond to client and partner inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Resolve data issues that affect partner applications
- Train clients on the use of the software
- Maintain detailed case notes, manage a personal ticket queue, and escalate problems to the appropriate team leaders
- Contribute to team documentation and collaborate with engineers to improve product functionality
