Suki is creating a new category in the health-tech space: the digital assistant. Our product will be the voice user interface for healthcare. What does that mean? Currently, doctors use electronic health record systems to take notes on patient encounters. This is a digital version of the paper charts that you may have seen in your doctor’s office or on TV. These systems can be hard to navigate and time-consuming to manage. Doctors would rather spend that time with patients. We are creating the solution. What will you do everyday? Â
Lead the technical aspects of Suki sales opportunities and drive to closure in partnership with sales. Analyze customer requirements, use cases and illustrate how Suki solutions can provide value and support their organization. To support the sales team in key sales engagements by providing the technical expertise required for: Suki Assistant, Suki Assistant Embedded and/or Suki Speech Platform. This will include responding to technical questions in RFPs.
Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the “perfect” candidate?
- Enterprise Pre-Sales skills are required
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Articulate technical details for Suki Digital Assistant, Suki Assistant Embedded and Suki Speech Platform (SSP)
- Strong collaboration with product and engineering to scope work/resources needed for a potential customer/project
- Scope out vision of what a partnership and/or integration would look like - articulate those use cases
- Execute technical proof of concept for integrations
- Demonstrate the Suki Value Proposition for end users and partnerships
- Effective and impactful presentation experience and execution
- Build and strengthen relationships with Customer Success, Product and EngineeringÂ
- Reinforce visioning and articulate how Suki will provide an ideal technical solution to solve the customer’s problem and achieve the return they expect
- Build relationships with customers, be the face of the customer to product/engineering from a technical perspectiveÂ
- Primary liaison to the customer’s technical team
- Drive the technical aspects of the sales process in collaboration with the enterprise sales team.
- Articulate and excellent follow up skills
Qualifications*
- 5+ years of complex pre-sales experience in Healthcare in large SAAS Enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated ability to assess customers’ capabilities, resources and technology
- Strong track record of exceeding pre-sales milestones and technical deliverables; assist with deal closing
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (25%-50%)
- Technical understanding of cloud services, EMR integration and understanding of SaaS solutions
- Proficient with using Salesforce, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
