Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to make an impact. It's a pivotal time for Profitero and your highly visible role is critical to the future of the product. We're looking for talented individuals with a strong sense of agency, resourcefulness, and tact to connect product vision with technical execution. You will be supported with direct access to stakeholders, training on process techniques, and company resources necessary for success.

Who you are:

• You have 2+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise B2B applications that feature data, analytics, and insights
• You know how to guide teams of engineers and data scientists in solving complex, multifaceted technical problems
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit with an obsession for collaborating, learning, improving, and results
• You have a high "do to say ratio" and value "achievement over activity"

What you'll do:

• Partner closely with our infrastructure and engineering teams to break down complex, highly technical projects into incremental deliverables
• Leverage agile project management disciplines for planning and execution of data engineering projects, including design, prototyping, rapid iteration, development, testing and deployment
• Build trust with clients and stakeholders through a proven track record of achievements, proactive communication, and commitment to delight users

What you're good at:

• Working with statistics, probability and measurement methods
• Understanding clients needs and translating them into materials for product development
• Managing expectations with non-technical commercial stakeholders
